General Info♦ Please do not ask me for discounts. The 'batch orders' are the ones as listed in the Pricing section, no others.♦ I only work on 1 order at a time to ensure that I don't get burnt out. This means I keep a list of people who expressed interest in my commissions, that I work through as I complete orders. You may ask me at any time to see the list to see where you are on it.♦ I am willing to show you WIPs if you want, but please don't spam me with WIP requests.♦ I will send you the artwork in the respective sizes as per the requirements of your platform.♦ Be sure to save a backup of the image somewhere, as I clean my gallery from time to time.♦ I retain the copyright to the artwork as the artist. You may use it however you wish, but you may not profit off my work (e.g. selling it on merchandise) without my express permission (it will likely include an additional fee, and you may NOT claim the work as your own.♦ I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.♦ I reserve the rights of cancelling your order if you have been proved to be troublesome in any way.♦ Please do not ask me to draw in a different style since I value consistency.♦ As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, etc). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.♦ By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.Copyright / Usage Policy♦ As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
- Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
- Promote myself with it in any place.♦ As a commissioner you may:
- Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
- Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Twitch, etc. as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.♦ You are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Change, modify or use my works without my permission.
- Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
- Take credit for the art.
- Remove my watermarks /signatures.Payment Process♦ I take payment upfront through PayPal in either USD, GBP or AUS before I start any artwork.♦ My South African customers may pay me by EFT.♦ If you don't know how much prices are in your currency use this convertor: www.xe.com/currencyconverter/♦ I will send you an invoice through PayPal.♦ If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, you will lose your slot on my waitlist (unless stated otherwise previously).♦ Please do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. I would like to avoid unnecessary admin and chargebacks, pressure on me to complete orders quicker, etc.How to OrderFollow the instructions on my commission documentWork Speed♦ I always have many projects going on so I only dedicate a few hours per day to commission work. This means, depending on the size of your order, the complete package could take anything from a week to a month. As mentioned before, you are more than welcome to ask me for updates if you are concerned about the progress.♦ I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with best effort!
I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.♦ If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority. In a case like this, please use discretion. For example, it would not be possible for me to do 10 emotes in 2 days. Keep in mind that each piece takes a few hours, and I have a full-time job, so in priority cases like this, ensure that you order well in advance.Revisions♦ I will provide screenshots of each phase of the order.
1. Rough sketches of each piece (just to showcase and confirm the poses and design)
2. Lineart and colour (cleaned up sketch and to confirm I've used the correct colours)
3. Final product (shaded, polished and ready to send)♦ During the 1st and 2nd phase respectively, you may request a single round of changes. For example, if I have sent you a sketch but you would like me to change the pose a little, or in the second phase you want me to change the colours a little, that would be perfectly fine.♦ I will start charging you $15/for each additional round of revisions beyond the first 2 free ones.♦ Once each piece has been completed (i.e. in the final stage of the commission) you may request 1 more round of revisions. This is, for instance, if there are some details like sparkles, symbols, etc that you wold like me to add/remove. Again, if after this round of revisions you are not satisfied due to lack of references, I will charge $10 per round of revisions.Refunds♦ I will refund 50% of the payment only if I have not started working on your order.♦ If I have already started your order, there will be no refunds, so please make sure you can actually afford the commission before I start with it.♦ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.♦ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts...).
Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.♦ If you repeatedly treat me with disrespect, waste my time or otherwise undermine my service, I will terminate your commission and you will NOT get a refund on your order.Feedback♦ If at any point during our time working together you feel like I was unprofessional or you have any other notes on how I can improve my service, please feel free to let me know.♦ It's an optional step but I'll be very grateful if you can do it since it will help improve future customer interactions.
